    weird...my hubby is also scared of the sound of polystyrene. I sometimes chase him with a bit for fun! Had no idea it was a bona fide phobia shared by others! Loving your blog :) x

    Yep I know what you mean about the Sea knowing- it does,-hence just not even trying to learn how to swim-no point
